We continue to introduce new classroom training courses in Auckland. These include programme, portfolio and change management certification training courses.
Our newest courses to be offered in Auckland are:
Project, Programme and Portfolios Governance Professional P3GP™ Certification. This is a two day course for PMO, ePMO Senior Project Managers and Sponsors. It is the only course that focusses on project governance.
Management of Risks MoR4™ certification. This course is a three day Practitioner course which starts on 17 July. It is at Practitioner level which means that it is about developing and applying a practical framework and making informed decisions. The course uses three case studies throughout and is aligned with the ISO3100:2018 Risk Management – Guidelines. This course will be delivered by Grant Crawford. Our courses in Auckland are all classroom courses with a live Trainer – usually Sarah Ross, who has vast experience in project management and in professional teaching. The exams for our certification courses are completed using exam papers which we upload. This avoids any potential technology issues and allows our clients to focus on the subject rather than technology.
