Project, Programme, Portfolio Professional Governance P3GP – New
This new two day certification course fills a big gap. The course is for those working in a PMO an ePMO and for project sponsors and SROs. It is the only recognised project governance qualification worldwide
The course gives you the knowledge and understanding to design and operate effective and efficient governance for projects, programmes and your portfolio. You will learn the theory and about the 10 principles. Our first course in April was well received.
Our second course starts on 29 May with a special price, with four more courses later this year. Details can be seen at P3GP.

Better Business Cases Anniversary Special Offer – 20% off
2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the BBC training course. The Better Business Case approach has been adopted by 20 countries including New Zealand.
To celebrate the anniversary our prices for the course in Wellington which starts on 6 June have been reduced by 20%. The one off special prices are Foundation $1436 plus GST, and the combined Foundation and Practitioner only $2716 plus GST.
Management of Risks 4 MoR now in Auckland as well as Wellington
Our newest course to be offered in Auckland is the Management of Risks MoR4 certification. This three day Practitioner course starts on 17 July. It is at Practitioner level and the course uses three case studies is aligned with the ISO3100:2018 Risk Management – Guidelines.

APMG surveyed certification holders and here are some high level results about what was said.
- 98% said it had made them a better Change Manager.
- 94% said it equipped them with skills and knowledge they could apply immediately.
- 97% said it increased their confidence when managing change.
