Local Government New Zealand Conference 2017

Project Plus participated in the Annual Conference to engage with our many local government clients and to meet new ones. We actively support the learning and development of the many people working in or managing projects and programmes across the country. Our certification courses and Skills and Knowledge workshops are delivered “in-house” in clients’ offices across New Zealand and many local government people attend our public workshops in Wellington and Auckland.

Our seven new Certification courses this year include AgilePM, Better Business Cases, Change Management, DevOps, Facilitation, Managing Benefits and Stakeholder Engagement. We now also offer nine certification courses online. Our latest online certification is Project Planning and Control. This course is ideal for those who manage and rely on maintaining detailed schedules which many infrastructure projects require.
