Scrum Master, Iteration Manager, Team Lead, Agile Lead, DevOps Manager, Team Coach – these are all terms used to describe the person in charge of the Agile mindset and the agreed framework that your team is using.
“Agile” is the mindset, “Framework” describes the meetings, decisions, and processes around your iterations and can come in many forms like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, FDD, ScrumBan, and many others.
This 1-day training takes those who are both new to the role, and the experienced leaders wanting to keep up their skill and gives them the tools and knowledge to help the team become an awesome Team.
This course not only gives a grounding in the art of Agile leadership itself and how that differs from the old "Team lead" role, but also looks at each of the expected Agile events throughout both the iteration and the project life and shows how they are run, why and what are the expectations that come out of them.
Who Should Attend
- Project Managers, Team leads and anyone wanting to learn about the practical side of the Agile Lead. This is especially useful for those technical team leaders who, due to the organisation's Agile migration needs, find themselves in the position of Scrum Master and need a good fast intro on what they need to do and how their roles have changed.
ICP or have worked in an Agile team previously to understand the basics of Agile. Must have read the Agile Manifesto
